SHIPPING POLICY

All the orders will be Shipped within 48- 72 hours, and tracking info will be updated on website.

All the shipping charges are set according to the weight and distance of the product.

Return orders will be reshipped, charges are applicable.

Return orders  can be only reshipped within 30 days, customer will receive a alert message.

 We only ship across India, through  shiprocket, pickrr or india post. Delivery time period of 7-12 days,by date indicated in the Delivery confirmation or if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of Order confirmation.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

                                                        

Customer can exchange the order within 7 days from the date of delivery, to be eligible for an exchange. The product must be in the same condition that you had received it and undamaged in any way with its original packaging.

  We reserve the right not to accept return of products which:-
(i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you.

For the exchange  process, you have to pay 120/-INR at the time of delivery as  we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like bluedart, Delhivery, eKart, etc

     For orders which are placed during sale are not eligible for return,exchange,refund or cancel.

REFUND/CANCELLATION

  We grant customer  a period of 15 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive.
  In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be
reimbursed with the amount paid for said products in wallets. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed After the goods returned.

Once an order is cancelled, It cannot be reverted. New order needs to be placed by the customer.

The refund will be initiated in your the open store wallet by 7 working days from the date of your order is returned subject to passing the quality check.

We may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles.
